Ubiqtorate Man

Ubiqtorate Man was the name given to the Imperial Intelligence officer assigned to a garrison. The officer was in contact with the local Sector Plexus, and provided the garrison with intelligence from local system cells and Diplomatic Services agents. The Ubiqtorate Man was attached to the local sector branch and was usually assigned to head any Crisis branch established on the planet.[1]
