Tregga/Legends
- "Tregga's doing life at hard labor on Akrit'tar; they caught him before he could dump a load of chak-root."
- ―Han Solo, to Roa
Tregga was a smuggler who worked as part of an underworld crew led by Roa[1] on Nar Shaddaa[2] during the Imperial Period. In that time Tregga worked alongside fellow smugglers Vonzel and the twins Lozira and Rewinda Briil, and eventually, partners Han Solo and Chewbacca,[1] who went on to great fame as Rebel heroes.[3] At some point before 2 BBY, however, Tregga was captured while carrying a load of illegal chak-root, and was sentenced to a life sentence of hard labor at a penal colony on Akrit'tar.[1]
Behind the scenes
Tregga was first mentioned in Han Solo's Revenge, a novel written by Brian Daley and released in 1979.[1] Nearly 40 years later, a background character in the 2018 film Solo: A Star Wars Story was identified as Tregga by Pablo Hidalgo in Solo: A Star Wars Story The Official Guide.[4]
