Tovi Brill

Tovi Brill was a farmer who raised laca herds on the planet Makthierse with his brother, Sirloss. Initially they set up in the Quantrax Creek region, but the herd was preyed on by preying makthiers. Tovi was attacked and stung by one of the creatures, and was knocked out. When he came to, he had a terrible headache. Brill and his brother subsequently moved the herd north.
