To'iir was an elderly Twi'lek smuggler and the captain of the freighter Seventy-Seven Stars. He mentored Liadden, his young co-pilot, and considered her to be his apprentice in the smuggling trade.
History
In 3 ABY, To'iir and Liadden were both invited to the private chambers of Rithgar, at the Kothlis shadowport. While there, To'iir was introduced to Tru'eb Cholakk and the two traded rumors and information about fellow smugglers. The meeting was broken up early when, unexpectedly, a Super-class Star Destroyer approached the shadowport.
