"The New Order" was a song by the pro-Imperial[1] minga[2] musical group The Emperor's New Clothes from Totally Patriotic, a compilation album available by the time period[1] between 0 ABY and 4 ABY.[3] "The New Order" received approval by the Imperial Board of Culture, as was the case with all of The Emperor's New Clothes' music.[1]

Behind the scenes

"The New Order" was first mentioned in Galaxy Guide 9: Fragments from the Rim, a 1993 supplement to West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game written by Simon Smith and Eric S. Trautmann.[1]
