The Black Hole

The Black Hole was the name given to the worst part of the Off-Worlders' Quarter on the planet Ropagi II. It was the location of the world's black market, and was where criminals, smugglers, pirates, and bounty hunters congregated. The black market sold weapons with at least a fifty percent mark-up.[1]
