Teva Karne
Teva Karne was a male middle-level employee of the Procopian Transportation Ministry on the planet Procopia during the Galactic Civil War between the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the Galactic Empire. Karne sympathized with the Alliance in the conflict, and on occasion provided rebel cells within the Tapani sector with work permits, uniforms and public vehicles. He was also able to provide Rebels with changes of driving licenses and information on the ownership of private vehicles on the Procopia.[1]
Behind the scenes
Teva Karne first appeared as a possible ally for Rebel heroes in the campaign guide included in Lords of the Expanse, a 1997 supplement to Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game by West End Games. The supplement was written by Paul Sudlow and Chris Doyle, and did not clarify Karne's species.
