Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The pirate group Telak's Terrors maintained a base on the planet Seltaya Minor in the Ropagi system. It was located one hundred meters below the surface, and was sensor and energy shielded, making it virtually undetectable. The base complement included 36 pilots, 20 base security/boarding forces, 18 ground support technicians and mechanics, 16 droids, 48 slaves, and assorted concubines.
