The TX-2020 was a model of double laser cannon manufactured by Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc. It was an anti-vehicle laser emplacement used for protecting bases and installations. The Alliance base Dalgeer's Rim used a concealed TX-2020 as part of its defensive setup. The emplacement was protected by a pair of shield doors and was recessed into the rim of a volcano caldera.[1]
