Major Stipling was an Imperial Officer working for the Imperial Resource Procurement Bureau during the height of the New Order. He was in charge of a detail searching for the raw materials for the Imperial war machine. He and his team were captured by Bel Att in Yen-2. The destruction of their shuttle killed them all.
