The Polyanarchy was nominally headed by a king.

The Squib Polyanarchy was the main governing body of Skor II and of the Squib species. It was made up of several independent communities under the nominal rule of a king.^[1] The Squib king was Ebareebaveebeedee during the end of the Old Republic era and the beginning of the Imperial Period.^[2]^[3] The Squib Polyanarchy's relationship with the Squib Merchandising Consortium, a Squib-wide corporation, is not known. The two may have been one and the same, they may have had different jurisdictions, or they may have overlapped.
