Shim-bay crispa was a dessert. At a banquet for honored guests of a grand production of The Kallea Cycle on Brentaal IV, the criminal known as the Tombat arranged to have quella stones baked into the dessert. Several guests, including Zanza Gata, the Imperial Office of Criminal Investigations agent leading the Tombat investigation, injured themselves biting into the dessert.
