The Snow King uses the season scepter.

The season scepter was a magical staff that controlled the seasons of the Forest Moon of Endor. Four siblings—the Sun King, the Leaf Queen, the Snow King, and the Flower Queen—rotated possession of the scepter. The season scepter had immense power, including the ability to create snow and ice, change the moon's temperature, and propagate the growth of flowers.[1]
