A sealant patch[1] or suit patch[2] was a small patch used to seal a hole or tear in a enviro-suit or other article.[1]
Maris Ferasi and Jorj Car'das attempted to use one when Force Commander Mitth'raw'nuruodo was injured and had a hole torn in his vacc suit during the Battle of the Geroon homeworld. It would not bond correctly to the material and Maris had to stop the air from leaking out of his suit by pushing her chest against his until two Chiss arrived with a larger patch.[1]
Docking Bay 99 in Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine stocked patches that were available from vending machines for a small number of credits.[2]
