Scrivinir

The Scrivinir was the leader of the Centrality. Scrivinir was Old High Trammic for "head writer." In theory, it was an elected position. However, at least two of the three known Scrivinirs assumed the title without the consultation of the people.

In 3 BBY, Rokur Gepta announced himself as the Central Administrator of the Centrality, and bore the arms of the office.
