Scarlet

Scarlet was a term used by the Galactic Empire's COMPNOR Art Divsion for artistic pieces, whether holodramas, music or art, that did not meet approval from Imperial censors. These artistic pieces were considered worthless, offensive, dangerous, or anti-Imperial.
As a result, it led to the term "drawing a scarlet", and such a work would enjoy commercial success on dozens of worlds.[1]
