S'oelle Khiss

S'oelle Khiss was the nephew of Secles Uslopos, Abdi-Badawzi's chancellor. Khiss often fulfilled his uncle's role in Badawzi's court when Uslopos was conducting business on the crime lord's behalf. In the event of Uslopos' death, Khiss was slated to replace him.

Khiss was a supporter of the Alliance to Restore the Republic and yearned to serve under Admiral Gial Ackbar. He met his hero on one occasion, voicing support for the Rebel cause. Badawzi assigned Khiss to keep contacts open between his crime network, the Alliance, and the Black Bha'lir.
