Rial Pernon

Count Rial Pernon was a Human male noble from Eiattu 6 who served on the Priamsta. He was the cousin of Uthorrferrell Cartha, and and was engaged to his daughter, Plourr Ilo, in their youth as part of an arranged marriage. When Plourr returned to Eiattu, Rial was her staunchest supporter. He flew a modified Z-95 Headhunter starfighter.
