Reskell Twane was an Imperial official who served as Trioculus' predecessor as Lord Overseer of the Spice Mines of Kessel. He was tortured and eventually frozen in carbonite by Moruth Doole, a Rybet who lorded over Kessel after the Battle of Endor.
