Rescue 1 was a Lambda-class T-4a shuttle belonging to the Alliance to Restore the Republic. It participated in an operation to capture members of the team which had designed the Death Star after the Rebel Alliance learned they were being transported to the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Immortal. While starfighters from Red and Blue Squadrons provided cover, Rescue 1 was able to dock to the Imperial CR90 corvette Godar for the boarding operation, before escaping into hyperspace after successfully completing the mission.[1]
