Rendili Vehicle Corporation/Legends
Rendili Vehicle Corporation was a vehicle-manufacturing corporation best known for manufacturing boulder-dozers. They were associated with Rendili StarDrive, a ship-design and production company.
History
The company was in operation as far back as the Great Galactic War where it aligned with the Galactic Republic and possessed a facility at Corellia which was involved in the fight against the Sith Empire. They were involved with purchasing advanced prototype ion drives from Barrga the Hutt which had been developed on Nar Shaddaa, but they betrayed the Hutt by taking the drives and destroying the couriers who had delivered them. The corporation likely intended to examine them for the purpose of replicating them, allowing Rendili Vehicle Corporation to take advantage of the legal loopholes that protected other Republic corporations.
