Reithcas, also spelled Reithcass, was the capital city of Bortras, a bountiful planet located in the Outer Rim of the galaxy. The city shared its name with the sector that contained Bortras and was the birthplace of Jorus C'baoth, a renowned Jedi Master and champion of the Outbound Flight Project.
