Reen was a daughter of Bels Lank, a farmer living on Tatooine. When the bounty hunter IG-72 arrived at their farm and killed her father, believing him to be Adar Tallon, Reen hid until Alliance to Restore the Republic agents found her. She was sent to Oasis under the care of the Dim-U monks.
