Rana Mas Trehalt

Rana Mas Trehalt was a female Duros, and a legendary Queen of Duro. Under her reign, the Duros developed the hyperdrive, established orbital space stations over Duro, and made contact with other races. Rana also brought Duro into the Galactic Republic. She was succeeded by her son, Dassid, who continued his mother's policies. A monument was later made to her in the Valley of Royalty. Rana was spoken of with great respect even into the New Republic.

Rana meant dark cloud in Durese.
