Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Galactic Civil War between the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire, the Rebel X-wing squadron Soaring Dactillions conducted a raid on the Fondor Shipyards,[1] a key starship construction facility in orbit of the planet Fondor,[3] around 0 ABY.[2] The result was that the Rebel pilots took a high amount of casualties, which resulted in the unit being rendered under-strength and rotated to the Cardooine base. A week later, the squadron defended their base using prototype starfighters.[1]

Behind the scenes

The raid was mentioned in Zal Artha's Character Folio included with Fantasy Flight Games' 2014 roleplaying game boxed set Star Wars: Age of Rebellion Beginner Game .[1] The portion of the Folio which mentioned the raid was reprinted in the Star Wars: Age of Rebellion Core Rulebook.[4]
