Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

Quirt's prison ship was an Imperial prisoner transport commanded by Colonel Quirt.

History

Quirt used the ship to gather up criminals on Formos and transport them to the spice mines of Kessel. It caught the Millennium Falcon as it attempted to escape Formos with a shipment of spice. Quirt was fooled by Han Solo and uncovered no spice nor the escaped Wookiee prisoner Hronk and subsequently let the ship go.
