Quicksand/Legends

Quicksand, also known as mucksand, was a pit of loose or watery sand that would drown unsuspecting victims. There were many pits of quicksand on Kirdo III, and quicksand was also found on Tatooine, Felucia, Dractu and Tenupe. The shoreline of a peninsula at Dragonsnake Bog on Dagobah was made entirely of quicksand.

One was often advised to avoid quicksand.
