Quarra

Quarras were vicious predators native to the world of Devaron. They were large, four-legged reptilian creatures that possessed massive horned snouts filled with immense teeth. They were traditionally used for capital punishment by the Devaronians, especially in cases dealing with mass murderers and traitors to the lawful government. This practice prevented Devaron from joining the New Republic.
