Pyros, originally known as Ord Pyros, was a planet located in the Colonies.

History

Ord Pyros was colonized by the Galactic Republic as an Ordnance/Regional Depot sometime before the Pius Dea Era.

Pyros planet was raided by Alliance operatives shortly after the Battle of Yavin. The raid was met with intense resistance, contrary to initial reconnaissance.
