Pujin was an inquisitive old male who was traveling aboard the luxury liner Kuari Princess when it was attacked by the Riders of the Maelstrom. He had noticed the presence of stormtroopers aboard the vessel, who were there to guard the secret meeting between Moffs Torpin and Vanko, and unwittingly revealed that information to agents of the Alliance to Restore the Republic over dinner.
