The Procurement Panel was a branch of the Galactic Senate Naval Subcommittee that oversaw the appropriations for the Republic Navy.
Near the end of the Galactic Republic, Senators Gopple and V'troren Tara sat on the panel, and brought Admiral Jerjerrod before it to testify on critical and vituperative remarks he had made relating to the panel's policies.
