Power cell system

The power cell system was an advanced energy conservation system developed by Publictechnic and installed on their 850.AA Public Service Headquarters droids. Due to the large power requirements of the droid, the system stored a small portion of energy for every operational hour. This increased the droid's self-sufficiency.
