Planetary commandant

Planetary commandant[1] or Imperial Commandant[2] was the title given to the Imperial officer who was in charge of the spice mining operations on Sevarcos II. The planetary commandant oversaw both military and political affairs on the planet and had direct access to all military material. Planetary Commandant Velpar Raftin served in this position during the Galactic Civil War.[1]
