Phalanx Decode

Phalanx Decode was a decryption code used by arms dealer Karbo Jaxx. When arms deals were agreed with Karbo, he would provide the recipient with the coordinates to his drop point at Telega Lake. The coordinates were encrypted, and required the Phalanx Decode to unscramble.
