Pella Compact

The Pella Compact was the council that led the first settlers to the planet Pelagon in the Tapani sector approximately 13,000 BBY. It continued to govern the colonies for around a thousand years before power was devolved during the Twelve Kingdoms Era. It initiated the first contact with the Herglics.
