The Pan-Tapani Historical Society was a club formed at the Mrlsst Trade and Science Academy by Doctor Arkeld approximately 8 BBY. It was dedicated to maintaining the independence of the Tapani sector. In reality it was cover for Doctor Arkeld's Justice Action Network cell.

It was secretly funded by Bel Janius.
