Owners' League

The Owners' League was a group affiliated with Black Sun. When Mayli Weng came to Xizor asking for general pay increases and better working environments for the workers of the Exotic Entertainers' Union, Xizor agreed knowing happier employees ment happier customers that resulted in more money being made.
