Outer Region Foxar Scout Base was a headquarters affiliated to the Bureau of Scouting and Exploration Services.
During the times of the New Republic, the starship NRSS Founder left Outer Region Foxar Scout Base with a crew of three scouts, Deeve, Jarsa and Effcee, to survey eight planets in different star systems, searching valuable natural resources. The Founder was to return to Outer Region Foxar Scout Base once the mission was over.
