Ord Mantell Fighter Wing

The Ord Mantell Fighter Wing was a New Republic fighter wing assigned to protect Ord Mantell during the Thrawn campaign. Consisting of X-wing starfighters, the wing was based in a space defense base on the world's southern hemisphere. The fighter wing and its attached support personnel were a key component in the New Republic defense of the surrounding sector.
