Ord Klina[4] was a world[5] located in the Ord Klina system, a part of the Klina sector[1] in the Slice portion of[2] the Outer Rim Territories.[1] Ord Klina served as an Ordnance/Regional Depot outpost for the Galactic Republic during the Pius Dea Era, a period of time that lasted between approximately 12,000 BBY and 11,000 BBY, despite it being located outside the borders of Republic space. When the Republic launched the Thirty-Fourth Pius Dea Crusade against the Hutt species in 11,057 BBY, Republic forces moved from Ord Klina toward Hutt Space.[4]

At some point by 2 ABY,[6] Tyrimm Wyln, a Togorian farmer and the mate of bladesmith Mlatar Thon Gra, used the credits she and her sisters had saved from managing a herd of bists on her native Togoria to tour a portion of the galaxy that included Ord Klina.[7]

Behind the scenes

Ord Klina was first mentioned in Alliance Intelligence Reports, a 1995 sourcebook for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[7] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Ord Klina system, and therefore the world itself, in grid square S-13.[3]
