Oracle Base was a top secret base of the Rebel Alliance on Tel III in the Tel Minor system. It was the base of operations for all Rebel operations in Brak sector during the Galactic Civil War.
General Trep Reskan was the commanding officer of Oracle Base. Will Scotian also served at the base before joining Rogue Squadron.
