Omnipotent Battle Leader

Omnipotent Battle Leader was a title taken by several Imperial warlords. It was also utilized by the reborn Galactic Emperor Palpatine of the Dark Empire to both lure his soldiers back under his command and at the same time keep his identity hidden until the time was right to reveal himself.
