Novor 23, in the Novor system was the Ry'coz homeworld. It was located on the Salin Corridor, and was a busy world with large Human and alien populations living in thriving cities. Its capital was Luj City, which was a key financial center of Tharin sector—even though the Novor system itself was in the Periphery. The local corporate offices of Jatayus Outbound were located on the world; so was one of Black Sun Vigo Sprax's villas, built in the Vos'yr valley.
Originally the twenty-third planet of the system, the expansion of its sun Novor Major into its red giant phase, leaving Novor 23 in the sixth orbital position out of the remaining sixteen worlds.
