Novoil Cluster StarGoods was a company that specialized in remanufactured and rebuilt starship components and systems. When the Galactic Empire fell into decline following the Battle of Endor, Novoil acquired large stocks of abandoned TIE/LN starfighters and restored them for sale to planetary defense forces.
