Norton was a male employee for the Azzameen family company Twin Suns Transport Services. When the Galactic Empire confiscated the business and its assets, he managed to escape from the structure.
Behind the scenes
Norton and fellow co-worker Ralph are the only two employees mentioned in-game. This is most likely a tribute to The Honeymooners' main male characters, Ralph Kramden and Ed Norton.
