Ni'Korish's younger daughters were junior princesses of the Hapan Royal House.

They were children of the former Queen Mother Ni'Korish, and as such, younger sisters to her successor Ta'a Chume, and aunts to the princes Kalen and Isolder. They included Secciah, the next-eldest after Ta'a Chume.

They were all said to be eager to usurp the throne, and willing to stoop to murder in pursuit of their ambitions, though the most notorious political assassinations of Ta'a Chume's reign, the killings of Prince Kalen and Lady Elliar were in fact carried out by the Queen Mother herself.

They also had a number of daughters of their own, including the sisters Chelik and Alyssia, who had become the focus of palace conspiracies against Ta'a Chume by the time of the Yuuzhan Vong War.

Behind the scenes

Isolder's aunts are mentioned in The Courtship of Princess Leia, but only Secciah is identified by name. A line in the novel suggests that Secciah may have died between 2 ABY and 8 ABY, but that several unnamed younger sisters remained active as enemies of Ta'a Chume.
