Neff

Major Neff was an Imperial officer assigned to the Black Sword Command. Based in the Koornacht Cluster, Neff was present when the Yevetha of N'zoth, repressed by the personnel of Imperial shipyard Black Fifteen, revolted in 4 ABY across the Cluster. Neff was one of those captured in the uproar.

Neff survived the revolt, however, and was instrumental in developing a secret slave circuitry that surviving Imperial captives used to free themselves and their ships from Yevethan control twelve years later.

Neff is given a mention in the The Black Fleet Crisis novel Tyrant's Test by Michael P. Kube-McDowell.
