The Morgania system was located in the Yminis sector,[1] a part of the Slice portion of[2] the Outer Rim Territories.[1]

It was also known as the Morgan system.[5]

The Morgania system was home to the sentient Morganian species.[3][4]

Behind the scenes

The "Morgan system,"[5] in reference to the Morganian species,[3] was first mentioned in "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, How I Wonder Where We Are," a 1990 roleplaying game source article written by Glen Allison as a supplement for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game and published in Voyages SF 13. Since the article was released outside of the Lucas Licensing process, its canonicity within the Star Wars Legends continuity was never confirmed.[5]

The Morgan system was also placed in the Centrality,[5] which was overridden by the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas. That book, written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, named the system "Morgania" and placed it in grid square S-14, which does not intersect with the Centrality.[2]
