Lieutenant Mistran was a stormtrooper officer serving the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. He commanded the stormtrooper detachment aboard the Curich-class shuttle Resurgence.
Dedicated to the Empire, Mistran was arrogant but smart. He belittled anyone who was not a part of his stormtrooper unit, and was eager to attain glory.
