Mining Quarter

The Mining Quarter was an area of Cloud City that had a large number of homes for Ugnaughts, with a population somewhere between approximately 500,000 to 1,000,000 Ugnaughts.[1]
It was one of the locations where one might be able to purchase Talking bombs.
